Creating a new session

If you want to create a own session:

 

Step 1

Start the jamwith.us -client (Start/Programs/Dawsync/jamwithus)

Archive the current session (Main Top Menue - Archive/Store)

Step 2

Create your session with the song structure file (i.e. *.all file) in
the ftpsync_songs/Current folder.

Be sure there are no other files in that folder.

Put the audio files (waw) in ftpsync_songs/Current/Audio.

If you already have a session in another folder - copy the files to above destinationa and open the song structure file to let the DAW search for the audio files.

Step 3

Go to jamwith.us projects page and click on show projects. Select empty and click on the jam button of a empty session.

Step 4

Now click on >send session< at the jaminfo site. This will upload your version - indicated by the hash marks. When finished hit return. Your Lock is released and others can add now.

Be happy and put some comments by clicking on >info< in the jamlist.
